Claire was quoted in a Woman and Home article in January 2017 on the foods nutritionists never eat and the less healthy foods they enjoy. Claire was featured on Sky News in April 2016, discussing the use of activity equivalent labels on food i.e. how many minutes of exercise a muffin would take to burn off.  While this might be useful for snack items like cakes, chocolate or crisps, we should avoid inducing guilt over eating meals.  We should encourage a balanced diet, with plenty of activity without making consumers feel purely as if energy is about debits and credits.
