Do you have mealtime battles with your kids in which you resort to cooking them something else you know they’ll eat or bribing them with ice cream when the meal you’ve prepared gets rejected? Do you talk about “junk food” or “treat foods” or tell your children they should avoid certain foods because they’re bad for them?
